What are some must go to restaurants in san diego?

we are going to san diego for 6 days and i was wondering what are some great restaurants in san diego that we should try. Thank You!What are some must go to restaurants in san diego?
Not sure what type of food you like or price range, so thought I would list a few that we like.

George's at the Cove - La Jolla, downstairs is pricey but really really good, it's on the ocean. You will need reservations. Lunch on the upstairs patio is fun, pricey but not like downstairs. The desserts are to die for!

Fish Market - at the Embarcadero, next to the Midway. Prices are decent, the clam chowder is excellent. Indoor or outdoor seating. Right on the water! There's also an upstairs called Top of the Market, it's dressier and a little more expensive. By the way you won't be out of place in shorts, or jeans downstairs.

Sushi - We like Umi's in Point Loma on Shelter Island, be sure to sit at the bar! It's so much fun and the chefs nearly always give you at least one freebie.

DZ Akins -Alverado Rd, - This is down home comfort food at it's finest. The menu is HUGE and so are the portions. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you go for dinner there's an early bird special on all dinners from 4 - 6. Includes soup or salad, and bread. Sometimes we split a dinner or box it up for lunch the next day. Be sure to check out the bakery! Homemade on the premisis every day! mmmmmmmmmmm

If you want to go downtown you can't go wrong with Lou and Mickey's but almost any place on 5th has great food (pricey) and it's fun to be down there in the evening.

Miguels Mexican - Shelter Island, Point Loma- Fun place to go and really good margurita's.

Old Town Mexican Cafe - Located on San Diego St in Old Town (right off the 5) Colorful, fun, and the food is good. You can stand out on the sidewalk and look into their large front window and watch them make tortilla's by hand! mmmmmmmmmmm good. Afterwards take a walk around Old Town, lots of unique shops and good choices for souveneirs.

Please mention if you are looking for a type of cusine not listed here and I will give more suggestions. :)

Welcome to San Diego!

:)
