Where can you go in San Diego with people who are 21 if you under 21?

I'm just under 21, and I'm tired of being left behind by my friends because they want to go to a bar.

Does anyone know any places in San Diego where you can get a drink but you don't have to be 21 to get in (although if you are underage, then obviously I won't be drinking).

Hookah Bars. They allow ypu in if your 18.
probably the chain restaurants with the bar area (like chili's) but it depends on the local laws too. some places won't even let you go into the bar area, some dont care as long as you don't sit at the actual bar. but you probably won't be able to get into any clubs or anything.Where can you go in San Diego with people who are 21 if you under 21?
