What restaurants do you suggest near the San Diego Sports Arena?

My girlfriend and I are going down to San Diego to watch the High School Musical on Ice Tour, and I just wanted to see if anyone knew of any good restaurants. Not the usual Mexican, Italian, or American food, but something like Mediterranean, or Greek, Caribbean, just something fun and different and exciting. Also, something not too expensive. I'm still in college and I do have financial limits haha. Anyways, thanks for your time. What restaurants do you suggest near the San Diego Sports Arena?
Try the Country Kabob Greek Restaurant. Great food and great prices. Also, they make the best spanakopita. Of course, that's just my opinion, but I've had it at other places and Country Kabob makes the best. The restaurant is also about a mile or so away from the Sports Arena, making it less likely to be super crowded. All other restaurants in the area will be on Sports Arena Blvd or Midway Drive, both of which are a stone's throw away from the arena and so will be super crowded. Especially Phil's BBQ, which has excellent food but serves 3,000 people on any given day. Zocalo Grill in Old Town is also very good, so kudos to mimbecky for recommending that place; however, the average cost of an entree is $25, plus their parking lot is now only valet, so good luck trying to find a space on the street in Old Town. Isn't easy.

Anything near the Sports Arena tends to get packed before a show so allow time. There is a greek place close by called Georges (I think) but Phil's BBQ is great if you are into that. Again be prepared for a wait. I know you don't want Mexican but the Sports Arena is very close to Old Town and there is great Mexican food there. Even a place called Zocalo which is Mexican but far from typical.

OLIVE GARDEN
I live in Tampa, FL and Phil's BBQ is the best restaurant I've ever eaten at.
