What is the best part of the greater San Diego area to live in without a car?
I have always dreamed of living in San Diego, but I can not drive a car. I work from home, so I do not have to commute to work. I just need to travel to local stores, restaurants, and the beach. What is the best part of the greater San Diego area to live in without a car? I am willing to live as far north as Encinitas.
