There is this awesome social club/restaurant in downtown San Diego and you can only go if you are a member... Does anyone know how much this costs? Also, I know there is a "young professional" membership, is this less?

Members under 40 get a break on the dues ($120 instead of $150 per month),
but pay the same $1,000 initiation fee. (There are 1,700 members.)
