I currently live in san diego and i would like some ideas of restaurants to celebrate my 22nd birthday?

PF Changs-Eastlake (Chinese)

Rei Do Gado-Downtown (Brazilian) They have lots of steaks.

It really depends on what kind of celebration you want. There are lots of great restaurants/clubs in the Gaslamp Quarter where you can have a more rowdy celebration. If you want a quiet, romantic celebration, go to Marine Room, Bertrand Mister As, or Georges Outdoor Bistro Terrace.
