The best restaurant in San Diego...?

Has anyone ever been to El Bizcocho in Rancho Bernardo at The Rancho Bernardo Inn and Spa? My boyfriend and I went there fore dinner two weeks ago and the food was phenominal! We even had the opportunity to meet chef Gavin Kaysen; he was on the food network on The Next Iron Chef. He is so hot! I would just like to know what other people thought of it who have been there. The best restaurant in San Diego...?

Seriously, I think it's Old Town Mexican Cafe. That food is soo good - it's cheap and not that nice of a place but the food is rediculously good. Wash it down with one of their margaritas.
