Are you kidding? You have to watch that kid 24/7. There's no such place unless you put him/her in a day care center.
I wouldn't recommend sitting and chatting with an old friend here in San Diego anywhere !!! There have been so many children kidnapped here in San Diego County it is sickening.
Why don't you both just buy tickets to Sea World. There are grassy areas all over the place plus they have Security Guards in the park as well (Sea World Park) I don't think I would use the guy above me's Web Site either. You gotta be very careful
