It's my friend's birthday and we're all broke college students that want to go somewhere that's really pretty/fancy for a pretty cheap price. Anyone know of some places?Anyone know a really pretty restaurant in san diego that's cheap?
Sorry I can't help you much.. the words "Fancy" and "Cheap" don't go together when it's come to restaurants.. especially in San Diego..
Fancy restaurants ain't gonna be cheap.. and cheap restaurants ain't gonna be fancy..
Try going to not too fancy not too cheap places like Cheesecake factory or Buga Di Beppo.. ($15-20 per person)

Bali Hai is located right on the water and is relatively inexpensive. Here's their website so you can check it out. Lunch would be cheaper than dinner. It's a pretty place, good food, and a great location. http://www.balihairestaurant.com/
