Good mexican restaurant in San Diego?

Preferably with good chips and salsa.Good mexican restaurant in San Diego?
i live in san diego, more specificly in Point loma... a great resturant is in old town and is called "Guadalajara Grill" its an excellent place with a great atmosphere and a lively bar section. another great resturant is in point loma called "Tio Carlos" it has excellent enchilladas and is more quieter and mellow that most mexican resturants. San Diego is truly the "Finest city"

Really? Your options are basically endless in San Diego. But slightly North of you is Fidel's (607 Valley Ave, Solana Beach, CA 92075), which is highly regarded amongst aficionados.
