I'm going to San Diego Oct 17.Tell me some gr8 places to see and good restaurants, romantic places, beaches

Looking to have a special time with my special someone. Have some fun, some laughs, some romance. I want both of us to come back refreshed and ready to get back to our stress filled lives. Thanks!I'm going to San Diego Oct 17.Tell me some gr8 places to see and good restaurants, romantic places, beaches
You have to check out the beaches, for Romance I would check out Blacks Beach. It is the most isolated, and all adults. Don't want to forget that it is also a nude beach, but that is optional, and there is no beach in San Diego with more beautiful views and cliffs. Here is a link: http://www.socal-sandiego.com/Nature/Beaches/Blacks_Beach.html
Here are some good places to eat:

- Hash house a go-go (good breakfast)

- Blue Point Coastal (at the gas lamp district)

- On Broadway (a dance club) has a sushi restaurant called Zen Cafe or something like that... That way if you like to dance, it's a good place to eat and party at the same time.

- Crab Catcher (good romantic place in la jolla)

to do:

Sea world

San Diego Zoo

Seaport Village (ride the horse drawn carriage)

Filipe's pizza groto is the best pizza in the world in the downtown Italian district. "B" street pier has the Star of India a beautiful tall ship, Of course there is the usual tourist places like the world famous San Diego Zoo,Wild Animal park, Sea World and Lego land. La Jolla cove in the evening is very romantic. You might be able to use www.gosandiegocard.com to save some time and money selecting things to see. There really is too much to list here and you can pick up brochures in hotels that may be of use too. Have a great time there.
A little south of the La Jolla Coves, the beaches are really secluded...not a lot of people and a lot of great views. Or go to la jolla shores and walk north, there some tide pools and things to walk around that are way fun. I'm from SD and i still love doing sight-seeing... a few weekends ago my boyfriend and i took a picnic to Balboa Park, which is where the Zoo is, and just walked around. It's gorgeous around there, We went to the science museum too, but there's A TON of museums...it's relaxing and a beautiful place to go!!!!
There is so much to do in San Diego!!!!!!! You Should visit the Musuems in Balboa Park, Sea World, Lego Land, and the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Then I would go up to La Jolla and vist the Birch Aquarium which I think would be interesting to see. Plus you should visit the Mission in San Diego and have a lesson in California History. Also, you should take the Harbor Cruise, that is alot of fun, plus you will see alot of jellyfish in the water!!! I would also drive over to Coronado Hotel and walk through the hotel...there is alot of history in the hotel. Then Visit Sea Port Village and walk through the shops, ride the carousel and have a nice lunch or dinner at sunset. Also, there is Old Town which is interesting to see. Also, you should take the Trolley around for the whole tour that they give. That would be the most fun and you dont have to spend the gas and can enjoy the ride. Also you can camp out on Mission Bay!!!!!!!!! Camping would be a great experience and would be cheaper than renting a hotel room. Plus you could drive about 30 miles north into the Mountains to the City of Julian where you can get the best homemade apple pies and the Best Buffalo burgers you have ever tasted. Plus, Julian is a great little town for shopping.
