Hi.. I am trying to figure out hot to make authentic san diego mexican food and they serve this hot sauce at my favorite restaurants and it is like a really thin fluid.. not a sauce. it's really watery.. but really hot too.. bright red.. but it's clear.. not like a real sauce.. just very very thin.. does anyone know how they make this stuff?San Diego Hot sauce (more like juice) recipe?
