The Hotel Coronado, beautiful, views , cuisine.
Look into getting tickets to the Lord Hornblower Dinner Cruise. It is a great meal on a ship that sails around the harbor. They also have drinks and dancing. I believe Betrand's at Mister A's is probably the most romantic place for dinner when money is no barrier.
