Wall Of Fame Restaurants in San Diego. Where can I eat myself to legendary status?

So my American dream as a Permanent Resident from the UK has and always will be to eat myself onto an American "Wall Of Fame", inspired by John Candy's movie "The Great Outdoors". I'm 6ft2 and 190lbs, so I'm not huge by any means, but I'm a machine. Does anybody know of a restaurant in San Diego where they reward such daring feats? LA would be fine too, I'm willing to travel, and don't care what type of food it is either! I just want my picture up there with all the other heroes! You could try the "Broken Yolk" in Pacific Beach (coastal San Diego). They have a 12 egg omelet. But be careful, it's not just the omelet, it's potatoes and biscuits and possibly bacon or sausage!! It comes on an extra large pizza tray and I can't believe anyone has finished it. Good luck!
